Thank you for purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please read below for more information about a return policy.


Member Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Purchaser  (“Member”) and Vasrue Com, Inc
(“Company”) located at 601 South Main Street Suite 290, Elkhart IN 46515

By entering into this Agreement, Member is receiving Easy 1 Up Products: Elevation Basic, Elevation Elite, Vertex, Vertex Elite, Vertex Pro, Vertex Pro Connect.Coastal Vacations Level 1 Resort Package, Coastal Vacations Level 2 International Package, Level 3 Universal Package.

Member represents and warrants that: (i) you have the full power and authority to enter  into and perform under this Agreement; (ii) execution and performance of this Agreement does not  constitute a breach of, or conflict with, any other agreement or arrangement by which you are bound; (iii) the terms  of this Agreement
are legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you; (iv) all content you  create to promote Company, it’s Site, the Content or Service was created without any contribution of any  kind from Company including, without limitation, editorial control or approval, that any suggestions  regarding content received
from Company are made "asis" and without any warranty; and that you have had all marketing materials created by you reviewed by competent legal counsel and solely assume all responsibility  for it; (v) you are at least 18 years of age, (vi) your use of the Site and Content is legal in, and does not  violate any laws or
rules of, the jurisdictions in which you reside or from which you use or otherwise access  the Site, (vii) all information (if any) provided by you to us is correct, (viii) your use of the Site, Content  and Services shall be in accordance with this Agreement and your Affiliate Agreement and the Policies and  Procedures of
Company if you are an affiliate and (ix) you are capable of assuming, and do assume, any  risks related to the use of the Site, Content and Services.

72Hour “No Hassles” Refund Policy on Product Bundles. Due to the nature of the products, the accessibility of our products upon purchase, and the reservation of any applicable
lodging & meal ticket(s)  there is a strict 72hour refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. After the 72-hour period has expired there will be zero refunds issued on any products. Any product packages that have been activated or used does not qualify for any refunds.

Please note there is a $50 restocking fee will be charged for all return items.

Please note you will be responsible for all return charges we strongly recommend you use a trackable return method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow 14 days from the date of the seat of your item to process your return. Refunds may take one to two billing Cycles to a pillar in your credit card statements depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT Vasrue Com, Inc reserves the right to amend this Agreement in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering into the Membership Agreement, Member agrees to abide by all amendments or modifications that Vasrue Com, Inc elects to make. Amendments shall be effective 30 days after publication of notice that the Agreement has been modified. Amendments shall not apply retroactively to conduct that occurred prior to the effective date of the amendment. Notification of amendments shall be published by one or more of the following methods: (a) posting on the Company’s official web site; (b) electronic mail  (email) ; (c) posting in Membership site; (d) inclusion in Company periodicals; or (e) special mailings. In the event of substantive changes, Member will be required to affirmatively assent to the changes. For other changes, the continuation of a Member’s Vasrue Com, Inc membership, the acceptance of any benefits under the agreement, constitutes acceptance of the amendments.QuestionsFor any related questions and or concerns regarding our return policy, please contact us directly.
